Refund and Return Policy – Glaglasni

At Glaglasni, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returning items and receiving refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at info@glaglasni.com or (718) 386-2855 with your order number and reason for return

  2. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item

  3. Pack the item securely, include the RAN in the package, and ship it to the address provided

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a fulfillment error by Glaglasni.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items)

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed


5. Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. To exchange a product:

  • Follow the return process listed above

  • Inform customer support of the desired replacement item

  • Once we receive and verify your return, we will send out the replacement


6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@glaglasni.com or by calling (718) 386-2855

  • Include a brief description and photos of the issue

  • If confirmed, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or offer a full refund


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement (processing times may vary)

  • Then, contact our support team if the refund hasn’t posted within 10 business days of approval
