  3. Pack the item securely and include the RAN inside the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error by Glaglasni.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
